This week, Part 1 Architectural Assistant Connor Nicoll visited Rushden Lakes

Fri, August 12, 2016

The site visit in the afternoon was very useful for Connor to see first hand the progress of the buildings, boardwalk & external works. This provided much needed site experience and evidence for his PEDR (professional experience development record), helping him on the road to become a fully fledged Architect.

Connor said of his visit:

'After working on the Rushden scheme for over year, the chance to join Paul (Stansfield) at a site progress meeting and see the site was too good to miss. It was great to see the result of all the hard work in the office. The meeting was interesting and also provided a chance to meet the clients, agents and contractors in person who previously I had only had contact with via email or over the phone.

All in all an invaluable day, and I look forward to visiting again upon completion.'

Connor makes site hat and hi-vis look stylish!
