Working with Essel Group, HPW have prepared detailed plans and proposals for a 52 storey tower in central London to house a cultural centre exhibiting the history of human civilisation. The site is hypothetical at this stage and is used to demonstrate the positive impact of the scheme on the London skyline.

The sustainable project will defy traditional tall building typologies and transform the city skyline. Spanning 1.5 million square feet, the centre will include museums and a theatre, retail outlets, restaurants, a botanical garden and a luxury hotel all with an emphasis on health and wellbeing.
