What Does the 10% Net Gain Biodiversity Requirement Mean for Development Projects?

From November 2023 it will be mandatory on most development projects to provide a minimum of a 10% net gain in biodiversity. 

HPW have always recognised the importance of biodiversity and always strive to enhance it, but it's great to see it getting at least some national regulatory recognition.
