Eight years in the making and stretching over a kilometre in length, Rushden Lakes sits beside an SSSI and RAMSAR site in the Nene Valley. More than just a retail park, it offers a genuine connection with nature. Designed in close collaboration with Northamptonshire Wildlife Trust, the site features a large lakefront boardwalk with a variety of restaurants, a Boathouse providing accessible water-based facilities for community use, and the Nene Wetlands Visitor Centre, managed
