Major milestone reached for Bookham’s new Community Centre We were delighted to join partners to mark the start of construction on a new community facility for Bookham. This milestone reflects the strength of collaboration between our Land & Property team, Bookham Youth and Community Association (BYCA), CampbellReith, Beard, and the wider community. Thank you to everyone involved for their continued commitment, resilience and shared vision. Despite planning challenges along the way, this partnership has remained focused on delivering a high-quality, inclusive and sustainable community asset. Once complete, (expected early 2027), the centre will provide flexible indoor and outdoor spaces that support wellbeing, community connection and opportunities for residents of all ages. This project is a strong example of what can be achieved through partnership working and long-term investment in local communities.
