Hugo

Hugo joined HPW Architecture in 2023 as our Chief Encouragement Officer (CEO). In this vital role, he provides daily emotional support, morale-boosting encouragement, and friendly reminders that you’ve got this.

‍

A familiar face in team meetings, Hugo is always present at wellbeing and mental health webinars. He works closely with HPW’s Mental Health Champion to help ensure everyone is feeling their best, offering calm company, quiet reassurance, and the occasional wag of encouragement when it’s needed most.

‍

Outside of the office, Hugo enjoys long walks, belly rubs, and the occasional venison sausage. Still young and learning the ropes, he believes that as long as his wagging tail brightens someone’s day, he’s doing his job right.
