We’re excited to share the successful completion of two recent public consultations for the proposed development at Loch Tay Highland Lodges in Scotland.

It’s been a privilege to present our vision for this remarkable site, defined by its breathtaking views, rich biodiversity, and connection to nature.
Our design focuses on enhancing the visitor experience while preserving and celebrating the natural beauty of the area.
The project includes:
Over 60 new holiday lodges and accommodation units.
Refurbishment of several existing buildings.
New staff accommodation.
Improved site-wide access to allow guests to fully immerse themselves in the stunning surroundings.
Educational opportunities to foster a deeper connection with local wildlife and ecology.
The consultation offered a valuable chance to engage with the local community, gather insights, and ensure the project aligns with environmental goals and the needs of those who own lodges, work, and visit here.
It is great to be working towards a design that respects the natural character of Loch Tay while supporting its long-term sustainability and success.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in the consultation, and a special thanks to David at Laister Planning Ltd for their exceptional collaboration and hard work in bringing us this far.
Here’s to the next steps in this exciting journey.
