The team at HPW Architecture is preparing for our Barkitecture debut, and momentum is building as we move closer to launch.

As HPW Architecture prepares our kennel for the Goodwoof Design Competition at Goodwood Estate, we’d like to introduce our very important client: Murphy.

Goodwoof 2026 isn’t just Barkitecture, expect fun, treats, and plenty of tail wagging adventures from Goodwoof Games, Ministry of Hounds dog disco, doggie yoga, and so much more.

It’s wonderful to see our client’s house extension nearing completion. With just a few finishing touches remaining, there’s very little snagging, a reflection of careful craftsmanship and attention to detail.

From initial concept through to build, this project has been a fun and fantastic challenge for the team.

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away... HPW Barkitecture’s CEO, Hugo, got an important call from his client, Murphy. One quick dog-and-bone chat later, he bounded into work on the Star Paws Sleeping Module.

We’re thrilled to finally announce that HPW will be making our Barkitecture competition debut at Goodwoof 2026, and this year’s theme is Dogs in Space.

We are pleased to be in the final stages of preparation for next week’s event, and delighted to confirm that our HPW 40th anniversary pens have arrived!

From humble beginnings in our founder’s garage to working proudly from one of our own co-working space projects, our journey has always been guided by purposeful design, strong relationships, and excellence in delivery.

We were saddened to hear of the passing of Frank Owen Gehry. A Canadian American architect and designer, Gehry was celebrated for his postmodern approach and bold, unconventional use of form and materials.

Emma from HPW enjoyed a fantastic festive day at the Mead Open Farm NFAN Open Day (NFAN - National Farm Attractions Network) meeting Santa, decorating gingerbread, joining the Pudding Club, and exploring Christmas HQ.

What an incredible NFBP Awards Ceremony this year, congratulations to all the finalists and winners! The New Forest Business Partnership is an amazing community of businesses, and we’re truly proud to be part of it.

Our garden structure is taking shape beautifully. The paint finish is now complete, three carefully applied layers, each sanded to create depth and texture, then sealed with a clear coat for lasting protection.
